1.Production description:

Reverse Osmosis is an equipment to purify the saltine water with the action of pressure difference of semi-permeable membrane.It is effective with asbestos,taste,colour and odour producting chemicals,particulates,total dissolved solids,turbidity and radium.RO system is widely used in water supply treatment,purification of tap water,brackish water,pure water and ultrapure drinking water production,
power stations,electronic industries,and medical treatment.It is capable of removing more than 97% of total dissolved solids(TDS),about 99% of organic and bacteria in the feed water.

3,Main Compoents And Function Description

Raw water tank:To solve the problem of unstable water pressure and reduce the mechanical failure caused by the frequent startup and unstable water pressure during the pump working.

Quartz sand filter:It is used as the pretreatment of RO equipment and ultrafiltration equipment, mainly for the interception and adsorption of sediment, colloid, metal ions and organic matter.

Active carbon filter:The internal structure is the same as quartz sand filter.After activate carbon filtration, residual chlorine in water can be reduced to 0.1mg/L.

Precision (Safety)Filtration:Use 5us melt jet filter element,it can remove fine particles to create conditions for RO water inflow.

Pump:Provide the power for reverse osmosis operation.

RO Systerm:It is the core components of RO equipment, Membrane separation technology is applied to effectively remove charged ions, inorganic substances, colloidal particles, bacteria and organic substances in water.It is the best equipment in preparation of high pure water, desalination of brackish water and wastewater treatment.Widely used in electronics, medicine, food, textile, chemical, power generation and other fields.
